Jazz Ensembles include the
- UConn Jazz Ensemble
- UConn Jazz Sextet
- Faculty Jazz Quintet (Doug Maher – guitar, John Mastroianni – alto sax, Earl MacDonald – piano, Gregg August – string bass)

EJ Strickland will be teaching a Masterclass before the performance, from 6-7pm. This class is free and open to the public.

This performance is part of the Ensemble in Residence Program, established by UConn's School of Fine Arts and Department of Music with an Academic Plan Grant from the Office of the Provost.
